the best way to get around frustration in a game for me is to walk away from it fora wile and then come back later to it.
Yesterday I was finishing off Final Fantasy VII, but I needed to beat Ruby and Emerald Weapon first. Now, I've beaten these monsters many times in the past, but when I replay they always seem to get me again. As usual, I try Emerald first and I just completely get pwnd. I find Ruby easier anyway, so I just used my Hades/Knights of the Round + Mime tactic for the win. That allowed me to level up my Final Attack Materia a few so that I could combo it with Phoenix and survive some poundings against Emerald Weapon.
Even after that though, I still got shlacked a few times, so I had to stop for a while. When I came back, one try and he was dead.

When i get pissed of with cod4, if its tony hawk sniper clans or m16 CAMPERS, i swear alot then quit the game n do a private match with my mates, then go bk to playing, or turn it of

You have an edit button on your posts. I, as well as the other members I'm sure, appreciate your enthusiasm, but posting 4 times in a row like you did is a little excessive. If you have additional information to add to your post, please use the edit button from now on.
Now... how do I express my rage? I pretty much have 5 stages:
1) Mild ~ Laugh a little in an annoyed way while maybe throwing a curse word in.
2) Moderate ~ Tightened grip, focused eyes, and definitely a curse or three.
3) Severe ~ Lots, and lots, and lots of cursing and murderous glare.
4) Extreme ~ Punching leg until it's bruised while simultaneously cursing at the TV and yelling in, what others perceive to be, tongues.
5) ZOMFG RUN!! ~ After doing all of the above; going outside and finding something to break.
It takes a lot to get me past 2... only Ninja Gaiden and Prototype on Hard have taken me as high as 5.

yeah I don't either I just don't get it but if it is a MMO game then I get pissed easly first I invite them to a Private chat them either type or say stuff like insults or I go to my punching bag in my basement
