Snake - uses modern weapons (slightly futuristic in MGS4).
Kratos - Uses twin swords with chains and supernatural powers bestowed upon him by the Olympian Gods (If i'm not mistaken).
Marcus - same as snake
Captain Price - Modern weapons
The Hulk - Super strength and invulnerability to just about everything
The Hulk or maybe Kratos would win. The other three would be killed easily. I'll go with the Hulk because nearly nothing can penetrate his skin.
