I think being stabbing in general is a bad thing. Although, i think theres something wrong with the way you live if being stabbed is on your top list of things that annoy you. It implies it happens a great deal of the time.

We meant that saying that getting stabbed is annoying is an understatement, and implies that it happens often... Usually, getting stabbed anywhere is much more than a mere annoyance and (hopefully) quite rare.
