Note: You can only use Tower Tooth in Rome Death Match. In challenge mode you are given preselected opponents. In Vs Mode you can also use him, but only in Rome Death Match



Successfully completing Twisted Metal: Lost under certain difficulty levels will unlock secret characters and a secret level. The Port Of Death is not playable in Story mode.

• 12-Pac: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.
• Gold Tooth: Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard diificulty setting.
• Port Of Death: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.
